ArturoConfidential

The operating system for AI-native companies

Build the company.
Not just the agent.

Start by telling Arturo what your business will do. Arturo will create the functionality your business needs to operate, create workers, and create tasks for workers to perform. It will wait for you to approve anything that matters, and keep a record of it.

Arturo is pre-release. The documentation, the recordings and the pricing sit behind one click.

The shapes of the work

Six ways work actually runs.

A warehouse packing an order. A luthier valuing a violin. A workshop drop-testing a box until it breaks. Every business is some mix of these six shapes, and Arturo runs all of them.

See all six

Six short films of Arturo running real work: orders packed, an instrument valued, a design revised because it failed a drop test, and one where nobody asked for the work at all. Not public while Arturo is still being built.

The model

Everything is connected.

Workers are assigned tasks, every task belongs to a function, and every function to your business.

  1. 01

    Your goal

    What your business is for.

  2. 02

    The functions

The work it always needs done.

  3. 03

    The watcher

The part that spots when work is needed.

  4. 04

    A task

    One clear piece of work.

  5. 05

    The workers

Who does it — an AI, or a person.

Capabilities

From an idea to a working business.

From a goal to real functionality

Say what your business is for. Arturo turns that into the functions it needs to operate.

The right worker each time

Arturo works out what skills a task needs, picks the best worker for the task, and tells you why it picked that one.

People stay in charge

Tasks requiring approval must be approved by a real human. Approvals are signed and can't be changed afterwards.

Real Intelligence

Arturo watches what happens in your business and starts work when it is needed, instead of being told.

It remembers what it learns

Useful lessons are kept for next time. Anything an AI merely guessed is held back until someone checks it.

Talk to your AI team

Ask a worker what it did and why it did it.

Real guardrails

Guardrails aren’t just mere suggestions. They’re rules that Arturo must follow.

It runs on your computer.

By default Arturo runs locally and uses a local LLM. Paid AI services are only used if you select them.

Pricing

What it will cost.

Current product

Where Arturo is right now.

Arturo is early software, for one person to try out on their own computer. The core of it is well tested. It is not yet something a whole team can use online, and it is not finished.

What it does today

  • Setting up a business and the functionality it needs
  • AI workers and people, each given work that suits them
  • Tasks, handovers between functions, and a record of what happened
  • Rules that hold work back until a person approves it
  • Asking a worker what it did, without changing anything
  • A history that is kept, so you can look back at any of it

What it is being built towards

  • Whole teams using it at once, with proper sign-in
  • Safe links to the other systems a business runs on
  • Keeping documents and their versions inside Arturo
  • Separate businesses working together
  • Clearer reporting on cost, speed and results
  • A website and an app, built on the same ideas
