Nondisclosure Agreement

1. What this covers

Arturo is pre-release software. Early access participants receive builds, documentation, and design material that are not public (“Confidential Information”).

2. What you agree to

• Not to disclose Confidential Information to anyone outside your organisation.
• Not to publish screenshots, benchmarks, or recordings without written permission.
• To use it only to evaluate Arturo, not to build a competing product.
• To return or destroy it on request.

3. What it does not cover

Information already public, already known to you, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party.

4. No warranty

Pre-release software is provided as is. A completed Task is not automatically a verified result, and nothing in Arturo constitutes professional advice in any regulated field.

5. Term

Obligations continue for three years from disclosure, or until the information becomes public through no act of yours.
